St. John's Seminary Vocations Discernment Retreat with Cardinal Sean

                 and St. John's Seminary in Brighton, MA

From Friday February 5 to Sunday February 7, 2010, The Vocation Office will sponsor and Cardinal Sean will lead a Discernment Retreat at Connors Family Retreat Center in Dover, MA for men ages 18-40 years. Most of the retreat will take place at the Connors Family Retreat Center. However, the men will visit St John’s and many of our seminarians will participate in the retreat with them.

The men experience seminary life, pray and reflect upon the Priesthood, meet other men like themselves and discern God’s call in their life. These retreats are very important for promoting the vocation to the Priesthood in Boston. In fact, many of our seminarians today were invited to this discernment retreat when they were considering the Priesthood.

We need assistance in identifying men to invite to this retreat and ask you to please consider recommending a few men. Please send their names to the Vocation Office Dfortin@rcab.org  or by calling 617-746-5949, and we will send a personal invitation to us for one of the retreats.
