We are pleased to announce Cardinal Seán’s appointments of the priests who were ordained on May 19, 2018 for the Archdiocese of Boston at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica - Mission Church in Boston.
The Vocation Office invites you to join us for an evening of prayer, food, and conversation. Following Evening Prayer and dinner, you and your parents, youth ministers, priests, and chaperones will be welcomed to a casual discussion about vocations, prayer, and the call to holiness that God places on each of our hearts.
Join us for a joy-filled day to celebrate Mass, hear vocation talks and play games on the seminary grounds. Sponsored by the Boston Vocation Office, the Homeschooling Office and Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary.
Each summer the Vocation Office sponsors a retreat for the Boston Seminarians which provides an excellent opportunity for all our seminarians to come together for time away from their summer pastoral assignments for fraternity, fun, and prayer.
Quo Vadis Retreat is a four day overnight retreat for young Catholic men in High School, ages 13-17, to deepen their Faith, learn more about all vocations, and better discern God's call in their lives.
This retreat is for men ages 18-30 who are open to and interested in the vocation of the diocesan priesthood and includes times of prayer, reflection, conferences, witness talks, quiet and socializing with other men considering the priestly vocation.
This retreat runs from Friday morning until Saturday afternoon. It includes times of prayer, reflection, conferences, witness talks, attending classes, quiet, and socializing with other men considering or open to a vocation to the priesthood.
The Priestly Ordination Class of 2019 is expected to be the largest in over 20 years, where it is anticipated that our 14 transitional deacons to each be ordained to the Priesthood for service in the Archdiocese of Boston.
